Lesson 3 – The art of Gratitude

While there are endlessly many reasons to feel fear and while we all have our own ways of (not) dealing with them, at this moment in time, most of us share one common fear. You can see it all around you. You can hear about it all around you. You have to be socially distanced because of it.


Isn’t it interesting how in front of this specific fear all other fears are suddenly irrelevant?
Fear of failure, fear of not succeeding, fear of not being accepted, fear of humiliation, fear of not looking good, fear of getting old, fear of making mistakes…aren’t all these fears so insignificant in front of the fear of dying?


You are afraid of ceasing to exist. Yet, you forget to acknowledge and bless the Gift of being alive every morning when you open your eyes to the magic of a new day.


Don’t you find it very interesting: majority of us are so afraid of dying, and yet, so often we forget to actually Live. To cherish the gift of being able to breathe!


This is why Gratitude is such an important practice – you awaken your whole Heart to the joy of its ability to beat the grace of Life into your veins!


You confirm to the existence that you appreciate the gift of life you were given!


You become more conscious, more aware, more loving. You become Perennial!
