The Art of Deconstructing the Illusion of Fear 5/10
Lesson 5 – Loss of control
Loss of control which, in the first place, you never had and you should have never thought you had.
The main functioning principle of any fear is pretty simple: it feeds the uncertainty, unknowingness, insecurity and loss of control over everything you thought at some point that you had.
Feeling insecure because of the uncertainty and not knowing when we will “have” control again.
Or if we will ever have it again.
What if we won’t?
What if “having control” over things was just an illusion in the first place?
What if there was never anything to keep tight or to lose?
What if we’ve got it all wrong?
What if you devoted your day to trying different ways of giving up of all of the “what ifs”?
What if you decided to play a game of “deconstructing the illusion of fear” with us today?
In times of uncertainty, your biggest Gift is to be able to be Present in the Now. By being present in the Now, you turn your focus from the uncertain next moment and refocus to the certain moment of Now. By being present in the Now, you willingly give up the need to have the control.
Just let it go. Allow. Breathe. Forgive. Accept. Love. Surrender.
To surrender is to finally let go of everything you held so incredibly tight but never managed to keep together.
To surrender is to let yourself break apart, to fall down on your knees and admit defeat in front of everything that haunts you inside of you.
To surrender is to finally understand that the imperfection is the pinnacle of divine creation.
To surrender is to let go of what you’ve never had, to finally give yourself permission to let your heart crack open and to keep it open while the crack expands.
To persevere through all the hurt of unbecoming all of what you thought you should be. While the void that’s becoming bigger and bigger creates the space for the integration of You that you were destined to become.
What if you’d devote your today to acknowledge the loss of control and to dive into the art of surrendering?
